Common questions

What container types are supported?

ContainerLoad supports 5 container types: 20ft Standard, 20ft Reefer, 40ft Standard, 40ft High Cube, and 40ft Reefer High Cube — with accurate dimensions from major carriers.

What is the difference between Simple and Optimized mode?

Simple mode uses the default box orientation. Optimized mode tries all 6 possible orientations of your carton and picks the one that fits the most boxes in the container.

Can I load multiple different items into the same container?

Yes! You can add multiple SKUs in one calculation. The system will calculate the best arrangement for all items combined.

How does the item database work?

You can save your carton dimensions (length, width, height, weight) under each item code. Then when calculating, just search and select — no need to re-enter dimensions every time. You can also bulk import via Excel.

Can I export results to PDF?

Yes. Subscribed users can export any result to a printable PDF that includes the layer breakdown, item summary table, and visual diagrams.

What happens after my 14-day trial?

After the trial expires, you can still login and view saved calculations, but new calculations require an active subscription. Upgrade at any time from your subscription page.
